Terms of Use

These Terms apply to the mobile game Astral Wizards: Galaxy Survivors (the "Game"), published by Cloud Forest Infrastructure S.R.L., Romania (Trade Register no. J10/768/2022, fiscal code 46309790) ("we", "us"). By installing or playing the Game you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Game.

1. Licence

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and play the Game on devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial entertainment. All rights in the Game, including its code, art, music, characters and names, belong to us. You may not copy, modify, decompile, resell or redistribute the Game, except where the law expressly allows it.

2. Free game, optional ads

The Game is free to download and play. It contains optional rewarded video ads provided by Google AdMob: an ad is shown only when you choose to watch one, in exchange for an in-game reward. Ad availability may vary by region, device and time, and a reward is granted only when the ad has been watched to the end. How ad data is handled is explained in our Privacy Policy.

3. In-game currency and items

Gold, unlocks, upgrades and skins in the Game are virtual items with no monetary value. They cannot be sold, exchanged or redeemed for money or anything of value, and they are not your property. Your progress is saved on your device only: uninstalling the Game or clearing its data deletes it, and we cannot restore it.

4. Fair use

Do not use cheats, modified versions of the Game or automated tools to obtain rewards, and do not interfere with the ads (for example by generating invalid ad traffic). We may change or withdraw rewards affected by such misuse.

5. Updates and availability

We may update, change or stop offering the Game or any of its features at any time, for example to fix issues, rebalance gameplay or comply with the law. Some updates may be required to keep playing.

6. Disclaimer

The Game is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent permitted by law, we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or compatible with every device. Nothing in these Terms limits the rights you have as a consumer under the mandatory laws of your country.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for loss of in-game progress or virtual items. Our total liability related to the Game is limited to the amount you paid us for it, which is zero for a free game. This does not limit liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or any other liability that cannot be limited by law.

8. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. If you keep playing after a change, the updated Terms apply.

9. Law and disputes

These Terms are governed by Romanian law, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protection rules of the country where you live. Disputes will be handled by the competent courts of Romania, unless mandatory law gives you the right to go to the courts of your country. EU consumers can also use the European Commission's online dispute resolution platform.
